Castles, woods and generous southern hospitality. In Brabant you dine with two stars in a fourteenth-century castle and sleep in a tower suite, a former barracks or the oldest hotel in the country.

Soenil Bahadoer now cooks in the gatehouse of a castle dating from 1391. For now there are only two suites, and one of them is in the tower.

Annemoon Geurts and Koen Rijnbeek started with pop-ups during Dutch Design Week and built this place up from there. You eat in an old shed that doubles as a design gallery.

Once a theme park, now a castle to sleep in.
Plenty of people remember this estate as a theme park, but the castle is centuries older. In the Orangerie you can watch the open kitchen from your table.
